For Doris

We received word on Wednesday that my husband's Aunt Doris had cancer and would not live much longer. She loved my cards and so I made her a special card on Thursday. Sadly the card did not make it do her before she died. I am glad though that she did not linger as the kind of cancer can be especially painful. It is an easel card with a file from Mary when she had Mamaw's Legacy. The stamp sets are both from Stamping Up.

Tammy, your card is lovely. I'm so sorry that she didn't live to see it. Like you said though, that particular cancer is extremely painful, so it's good that she didn't suffer too much. My sister in law died of the same thing, and the pain she suffered was unbearable.
