Baby Card

This is one a 2 dozen Baby Announcement cards I have made for a Baby Shower. I have mats pasted inside the card to mount a picture and the baby's info onto. I used a sweet stamp from Belles N Whistles. I used Plantain Schoolbook, Storybook and Martha Stewart's Elegant Cakes for the Scallops,circles and Rectangle box. I ran them through the Textured Boutique and sponged the ink onto them. The stamp is from Stampin' Up's set called You're a Gem. I'm tickled with how they have come out.

Home again, Home again Jiggity Jog!

So DH and I were gone last week in Arkansas at the Christian Motorcycle Associations Pastor/Spouse Retreat. It was wonderful and just blessed our socks off. This week I probably won't have much art created as I am going to try and get all my Spring Cleaning done.
Here is a couple of things from the last Art Club I was at. I really like the background of the first card.
The digital image is from Elisabeth Bell. I was playing around
with a friend's new textured plate on her Big Shot. I used a 3 colored Brilliance pad over the embossing and really like how it came out.


This bear I've had stamped forever and finally used. The word is from New Arrival cart.

New Baby!

My kid's favorite babysitter just had his first child on Thursday. We are super excited for Him and his sweet wife. He is an outstanding Christian young man who has been a great example and teacher to both of my kids. I saw this cut file on Einnej's Esty shop and new I had to use if for their card. I used Penny Duncan's Hydrangea flower file for my embellishment. The inside sentiment is from Bethany's Elegant Word Art.
