I've been working on a special surprise for my daughter. It is a Thanksgiving to Christmas Break Countdown. Each box has a little treat in it for her. This year there is 12 days from the end of Thanksgiving Break to the start of Christmas Break. I used pyramid boxes #1from Monica Bjork. The stand came from Hobby Lobby at 50% off!
The paper is a variety of Christmas paper I had been hoarding.
I added a few bells to the extra hooks for some Christmas spirit.
I added 2 more holes with my Big Bite to string the ribbon through the pyramid.
Add my Goodies. Among the goodies are, Kit Kat, Mint Truffle Kisses, Candy Cane Kisses, Peppermint Gum, Tic Tacs, Cinnamon Hot Chocolate, Peppermint Sticks, Raspberry Hot Chocolate and Breath Savers.
Strung my Ribbon through and tied it. Added the Number Tags and tied it again. Looped on end which I left long and tied it to make a hanger. Trimmed the edges and Hung it up.
I'm hoping the boxes will last and I can make this a yearly tradition for her while she is in college. I am tickled with how it turn out.
