So I've got a case of bronchitis 3 time this winter (Me rolling my eyes) and everytime I get up and around I start coughing so I bought some new digital stamps from the Greeting Farm so I have something artsy to do while I sit. Obviously I won't be in the art room much the next few days so I thought I would share a few cards from last January 2009 and October 2008. The top card is one of my favorite Anniversary cards I've made. It's my friend's stamp so I don't know what it is. The 2nd is a fun Birthday card. The front stamps are from Martha Stewart. The fence is a friends, but I picked up the words for something I did for my son. The bottom card I love. The background stamp is SU Belle Toile. I used a masking technique to put the words in it. The words are from SU From the Heart. Both are 2 of my favorite stamp sets.

Smells good.
Birthday card that I made for another sister in law. The stamp is a new one I got from Belles & Whistles stamps. Isn't she adorable. The background is a texture plate from Stamp UP. The card base is one of Wanda's files. Isn't it sweet.

Little Bit of the Older Stuff
Haven't done much the last couple of days since finishing the Wedding Invitations. (Sorry I'm not gonna post them until they've gone out in the mail) Mostly because we suddenly lost our cat on Saturday night and a horrible cold had wiped me out. I chilled yesterday in front of the TV watching Road to Avonlea and did some coloring. Did scrap a bit today and make a couple of cards, but I gave the cards away before I took pictures. Here are some older cards I've done that I thought I would share.

Little Brides
Yesterday I managed to get 131 brides dressed and got them their bouquets. The day before I got the vellum inserts ran off for the inside of the Wedding Invitations. Yeah!
I've got 28 card bases cut for DD's graduation cards. Making a little progress and it feels good.
Oh and the brides came from SVG Cuts!
Last of the Valentine's
Here are the last 2 Valentine's for this year at least. The first one was for my daughter. The cut is from Scal E-Files.
I knew as soon as I saw that I would be using it for her card.
The second is for - can you guess? My dear husband! The digital stamp is from Inger. Aren't they adroable.
The font is from Wild Card. The Heart is a leftover from one of my daughter's projects.

Baby Card
Here is a baby card for a surprise Grandparent party. I don't get to go because my daughter made her boyfriend a special Valentine dinner and I'm chaparoning. After helping her all day, I'm pretty bushed anyway. I liked how this came out. The picture really didn't do it justice. I used SU Linen Background stamp with Ballet Blue. The Baby mess is from Notes from a Scrapbook lady (her blog is gone - hysterically sobbing), The brand spanking new is from Graphically Speaking cart.
More Valentines
Here are a few more of my Valentine's
The owl is from Wild Card. The Who luvs you as well as the frog is from Just Yolie. The ribbit is from the Animal Kingdom. The inside of the card says I toadily love you! Also from Yolie. The last picture is the treat bags for my WeeKids on Wednesday night. You really can't see it but there are little cut out hearts on the bag toppers.
Some of the Valentine's I made this week.
Here are some of the Valentines I made this week for nieces and nephews. The first and fourth I used a new stamp set I got from the Greeting Farm. I have just discovered them and absolutely love them. I've got another order from them that will hopefully be in my post officbox in the morning. The 2nd and 3rd cards are digital stamps from Dustin Pike. Isn't his stuff uber cute.

Lupus is winning
I had plenty of time to play yesterday in my Art Room aka "The Tammy Cave". (Sorry joke from the SuperBowl) But alas I finally had to cry Uncle to Lupus. Yesterday was probably one of the worst days for pain that I've had in several years. I finally got a little relief in the early evening and played with my copics and printed off some card sayings in Print Shop. Today is Tuesdays at Hollie's but I'm not sure if 1.) I'm up to it or 2.) if the weather will let us get there. One the plus side I'm really thankful that yesterday is no longer a normal day but a rarity. Thank you Mayo Clinic.

SuperBowl Party
We are having the High School Youth Group at our house for a Super Bowl Party. I made this decorations for the top of the TV today. I used the football helmets from Sport's Mania Cart and then a dear gal in my SCAL, Annel group made up the Logos and names. I just plopped them on it. Looks pretty good I think. Denise just posted a SuperBowl Logo on her site. I've got finger jello to make, other food to cook and the house to get picked up. Hopefully I'll have time for a few more decorations too.
Update: - I never had time to make anymore decorations, but the party was a hit. 17 High School kids, 4 adults, 3 children, 1 dog and 1 cat squeezed into my Living Room Sunday. We had a ball. Lots of games, giggles and general silliness ensued. Needless to say I have some great scrapbook material.
Cards
Here is a card that I made for my sister-in law for her birthday tomorrow. I used new digital stamp from Elizabeth Bell. Isn't she adorable. That background is one of Monica's.
The 2nd card is one of the Valentine's for a nephew. The Coon Bandit is from the Animal Kingdom Cart. The font and the heart are from Wild Card. The saying is from Bethany at Elegant Word Art 2.

A Dance, Snow and a Free SVG

Been scrapbooking again today. Almost 1/2 way thru DD's Freshman year! Woot!
The first page is her first Homecoming Dance and her brother's last one. The background of the pictures is a label from Jen the Crazy Scrapbooker. The girls are from Brittney's SVGs. I already forgot which font I used for Homecoming Dance. LOL
The 2nd page is from December 1st 2006. We got 18 inches of snow & of course my dear husband was out of town. Our drive seemed so long that year. The background of the 2 small pictures is from a make & take a LOOOOONG time ago at a Stampin Up party by my wonderful demonstrator Barb Fehr. The words are Pooh Font Marker Shadow. I needed a shovel to finish off my page so I'd thought I would share with ya'll. Click here.

Title Page
Here is one of the pages I did today. It is the title page for Summer 2006. It is a scrapbook with 4 or 5 summers in it.
I used Everyday Paper Dolls, a palm tree from Cecil Badlands, title is from SVG Cuts. The frame is made from the shapes library in SCAL 2. Thought bubbles I believe. I've been doing summer title pages all day. A good thing to do when it's only 15 degrees outside.

Graduation Invitation

So My dear daughter will be graduating this spring provided she passes the state constitution test tomorrow. LOL
Anyway I was really inspired when I did her brother's invites in 2007 and she wanted something just as "spectacular" for hers. Since Christmas I have been struggling with what to do for her invites. Nothing was ringing mine or her bell. Anyway amazing Penny Duncan posted a couple of cut files today on her website. Thank you Penny!!!!!! And I was finally inspired! The Poem is leftover from my son's, but DD wanted it too. The other cuts are from SVG Cuts Graduation cards.
Buzzing By
Just a birthday card for a friend. Borrowed SU's Just Buzzin' By set a while back and hadn't used what I'd stamped. Love how it came out. Amazingly I'm getting some stuff done. We are puppy sitting for some friends. Wow I don't miss puppy days. My cat is beside herself & my dog isn't far behind. They really don't like all the yapping and the puppy keeps biting my dog on the butt. No bonus points for him. Frosty is settling down and starting to figure a few things out and that is helping.
